2 Acceptance of Terms
By using MediRodina you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
3 Service Description
MediRodina is a mobile application for managing family health records. The app allows you to:
- Store and manage health records for family members (medications, vaccinations, illnesses, documents)
- Track medical appointments and specialist visits
- Set reminders and notifications for medications and vaccinations
- Share health profiles with selected family members
- Store medical documents and photos
4 Account Registration
Full use of the app requires registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Not create more than one account per person
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Enter false or misleading health information
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Share your login credentials with third parties
- Attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the app
- Enter health records for other people without their consent or without legal authority (e.g. parental rights over minor children)
6 Medical Disclaimer
⚠️ MediRodina is not a medical device or clinical application. Information in the app is intended solely for personal organisation and record-keeping. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical decisions.
The operator accepts no liability for any health decisions made based on information entered into the app.
7 User Content
All content you enter into the app (health records, photos, documents) remains your sole property. You grant us a licence to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Violates applicable law
8 Service Availability
The app is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:
- Perform maintenance and updates
- Temporarily restrict access due to technical issues
- Discontinue the service with prior notice to users
We recommend regularly exporting or backing up your health records.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app
- Loss of data caused by technical issues beyond our control
- Decisions made based on information entered into the app
- Damages caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure to follow security guidelines on your part
10 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app settings (Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion will result in permanent removal of all your data within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
11 Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
EU consumers also have the right to use the online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
